How the job runs
Walk the house with you
I look at the siding type, the shaded walls, the problem areas and anything fragile, then tell you straight what the wash will and will not fix.
Protect, then soft wash
Plants and fixtures get covered or pre-rinsed, then the solution goes on at low pressure and is given time to break down the mildew and algae.
Rinse and check together
Everything gets rinsed down, including the beds and walkways, and we walk the house one more time before I load up.
Common questions
Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?
Not the way I do it. House washing here is a low-pressure soft wash, so the cleaning solution does the work instead of pressure. That is what keeps paint, vinyl and wood trim intact.
Why does the mildew keep coming back on the shady side?
Shaded walls stay damp far longer in our humidity, so growth returns there first. Washing the whole house on a regular schedule keeps the shaded elevations from getting ahead of you.
Do you wash houses outside Ponchatoula?
Yes. I am based in Ponchatoula and work across Greater Baton Rouge, Hammond and the Northshore along I-12, including Slidell, Madisonville, Folsom, Walker and Springfield.
